Blackson Bunda Village In Dire Need Of Community School

BUY-ZED Zambia has appealed to government to consider formalising the production of Kachasu, an illicit brew in most high density residential areas.

Organisation Chief Executive Officer, EVANS NGOMA says the Kachasu brewing skills can be harnessed for potential investment.

Mr NGOMA has proposed that those brewing Kachasu producers can be encouraged to form cluster grops or cooperatives, so that their activities are formalised and regulated.

He has explained that these cooperatives can then forward their raw alcohol to companies, which can process and package the beer to desired and acceptable standards.
